Physical activity and osteoarthritis conference December 2015

Registration is now open for the Arthritis Research UK Centre for Sport, Exercise and Osteoarthritis Conference 2015: Physical Activity and OA which will take place on Thursday 17 December 2015 at Loughborough University. 

Hosted by the Arthritis Research UK Centre for Sport, Exercise and Osteoarthritis and the National Centre for Sport and Exercise Medicine (NCSEM-EM), this conference aims to raise awareness of musculoskeletal health as a lever for individual and population health and wellness and will explore the relationship between physical activity (of all types), joint pain and osteoarthritis.

There will be opportunities for researchers in the field of physical activity and osteoarthritis research to meet, present and discuss their work.

The key themes of the conference are, but not limited to, physical activity promotion, physical activity and musculoskeletal health, exercise and osteoarthritis, injury consequence, reducing risk of injury and rehabilitation.

Early bird registration closes on 31 October 2015.
