Arthritis in the CiTI

London, 1 June 2018

Arthritis in the CiTI flyer

The Centre for Inflammation and Therapeutic Innovation (CiTI) at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), in collaboration with MATURA and QMUL, is organising an engagement event for members of the public and people with arthritis and other musculoskeletal conditions. The team will be hosting a series of interactive talks and lab tours. There will also be an opportunity to speak to researchers and take part in some interactive stands over tea and cake.

The aim of the afternoon is to increase awareness amongst researchers of what people with arthritis need and expect from research, as well as informing people with arthritis about the exciting research being done at CiTI. Moreover, researchers will be particularly encouraged to find out what people with arthritis consider to be the challenges of living with the condition, and which aspects they feel are not currently receiving enough attention in research.

The event will take place between 1:30pm–4pm on Friday 1 June 2018 at the Charterhouse Square campus of QMUL.

If you would like to attend, please register via Eventbrite.
