What is arthritis?

Arthritis describes a range of different conditions, including osteoarthritis and autoimmune conditions like rheumatoid arthritis. It can affect bones, muscles and joints all over the body, causing pain and fatigue, and impacting hugely on day-to-day life. Whilst there is no cure at the moment, there are many different treatments, therapies and exercises that can help people with arthritis lead fuller lives.
