Team A at the London 10,000

Following part of the iconic London Marathon route, the London 10,000 takes you on a tour of London’s best known landmarks including Big Ben, St Paul’s Cathedral, Millennium Bridge and Nelson’s Column.

How do I join Team A?

You can join Arthritis Research UK’s very own Team A by signing up for your own place with the London 10,000 race organisers for just a £28 registration fee and no minimum sponsorship target. If you have already your own place all you need to do to join the team is click on the button below and fill in a short form! It couldn’t be easier!

What do I get?

All our Team A runners receive:

  • an official welcome pack, including our Guide to Fundraising with tips and advice to help raise vital funds for Arthritis Research UK, sponsorship forms and posters to help promote your fundraising 
  • top training, nutritional and health advice to make sure you’re ready for the big day
  • an official Arthritis Research UK orange running vest to wear on the big day
  • unlimited support from the Arthritis Research UK events team before, during and after your challenge
  • dedicated Team A cheer points on the day around the route
  • access to our London 10,000 Facebook group where you can share training tips and fundraising advice with your team mates before the big day

What else do I need to know?

You must:

  • be 15 years of age or over on the 28 May 2018 to take part in this event
  • take part by foot and not introduce any wheeled vehicle to the race.

You can:

  • apply for your own place with the organisers for £28.00 with no minimum sponsorship target – entries remain open until 21 April 2018 (and could close sooner if race reaches capacity), for more information see
  • take part at your own pace but the official race times will stop from 12 noon on the day.

You can't:

  • transfer your place to another person
  • receive a refund for your registration fee (this is at organiser's discretion).
