Our supporters are vital in helping us to continue and advance our work to deliver a better life for people living with arthritis. The Supporter Care Team sits within the Income Generation Directorate and provides a friendly, efficient and knowledgeable point of contact for our supporters. We are looking for someone to join our team who shares our commitment to providing outstanding customer care.
About the role
You will provide supporters with an excellent supporter care experience, build supporter loyalty and contribute to the delivery of innovative and high-quality communications to supporters to help maximise the lifetime value of supporters. Alongside the team you will deliver accurate and timely banking and recording of donations and ensure that these donations are thanked appropriately.
The role is central to the Income Generation team’s ability to monitor and meet fundraising targets whilst ensuring opportunities to enhance supporter relationships and increase supporter retention are maximised.
You will bring:
- Experience of working in a customer/supporter care environment with direct contact with customers/supporters
- Experience of data input and general use of CRM databases
- Experience working to high levels of accuracy and with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience of working to and delivering against targets and deadlines
