Workshop Summer Competition 2016
Deadline 23.59 on 31st August 2016
In response to the re-structure of funding pathways towards studies that focus on treatment and health services research, this CSG is holding a summer competition for applications that meet this challenge in metabolic bone disease and orthopaedics.
The highest scoring 2 applications will be funded to hold a workshop (up to £2,500).
To be eligible, studies must evaluate an intervention or have a clinical outcome. The intervention can be a drug, device, diagnostic test, care pathway or service model. The project should improve outcomes for patients with a metabolic bone disease or orthopaedic (including MSK trauma) condition and reviewers will use the scoring table shown on the application form (docx 70.8 KB).
Successful applicants will be notified by 14th September 2016. All applications will receive expert constructive feedback.
