Published on 28 April 2015
Do you know any young scientists who are brilliant at communicating scientific ideas to a broad audience? If so, nominate them for the Researcher's Choice Communication Award 2015 and they could win £1500.
The organisers of the award, Elsevier, is looking for young scientists who excel in all forms of scientific writing, speaking and public engagement and particularly at:
- Addressing misleading information about scientific or medical issues in any forum;
- Bringing sound evidence to bear in a public or policy debate;
- Helping people to make sense of a complex scientific issue.
Nominations are open until 31 August 2015, and the winner will be announced at the Scopus Young Researcher UK Awards in November.
For more information or to nominate, visit the Mendeley Scopus Awards page.
