4 Transfer to another institution

4.1

Should the Grant Holder or a named co-applicant move to another institution during the period of the Grant, the Grant may not transfer with them unless agreed by Arthritis Research UK, the Grant Holder and the Host Institution. Arthritis Research UK will not be obliged to provide additional grant monies as a result of such a transfer.

4.2

If the Grant Holder moves to another institution but Arthritis Research UK does not consent to the transfer of the Grant to that institution, the Host Institution must ensure that one of its employees, whose work is funded by the Grant, undertakes in writing to Arthritis Research UK to be bound by this Grant Contract as if originally named as the Grant Holder (to the extent obligations remain to be performed by the Grant Holder).
