Arthritis Research UK in Parliament

Millions of people in the UK are living with the pain, fatigue and isolation of arthritis without the support they need. We need to put the needs of people with arthritis on the political agenda so we can transform lives. By getting the big decisions right we can make life better for everyone affected by arthritis.

MPs across the country have signed up to be Arthritis Champions, and support people living with musculoskeletal conditions in Parliament.

We have produced a guide for Arthritis Champions, advising them how they can help raise arthritis up the political agenda, during their first hundred days in Parliament.

Whether it’s attending Arthritis Research UK events and finding out more about musculoskeletal conditions, or asking Parliamentary Questions, people with arthritis need their local MPs to speak up on the issues that affect them. Support Arthritis Research UK as we seek to prevent and cure musculoskeletal conditions, and transform services for people living with them now.

If you’re an MP and are not already an Arthritis Champion, you can sign up quickly using our online tool.
