We're members of several organisations, which we work in collaboration with:
ARMA is the umbrella body providing a collective voice for the arthritis and musculoskeletal community in the UK.
The Association of Medical Research Charities is a membership organisation of the leading medical and health research charities in the UK.
This group provides a forum and network for parliamentarians with an interest in medical research; encourages collaboration between parliamentarians and medical research bodies; and provides MPs and peers with information on developments in medical research. We support the group together with the Association of Medical Research Charities, Academy of Medical Sciences, Medical Research Council, Cancer Research UK and the Wellcome Trust.
The Campaign for Science & Engineering (CaSE) is the leading independent advocate for science and engineering in the UK. http://sciencecampaign.org.uk
The Care and Support Alliance represents over 75 of Britain’s leading charities campaigning for a properly funded care system alongside the millions of older people, disabled people and their carers who deserve better care.
The Disability Benefits Consortium (DBC) is a national coalition of over 50 different charities and other organisations committed to working towards a fair benefits system. https://disabilitybenefitsconsortium.wordpress.com/
Members of the Alliance are working together to prevent falls and fractures and to reduce the rate of hospital admissions for hip fractures and for falls-related injuries among older people.
An alliance providing a voice for people living with pain
National Voices is the coalition of health and social care charities in England. We work together to strengthen the voice of patients, service users, carers, their families and the voluntary organisations that work for them.
NCVO champions and strengthens the voluntary sector
We're a member of the Department of Health’s Responsibility Deal. Through this voluntary programme, we work with the government and other charities, to improve the nation’s public health. We've signed up to the physical activity pledge, which involves raising awareness of the Chief Medical Officer’s guidance on physical activity.
