Thames Path Challenge – 100km challenge
09 September 2017 to 10 September 2017
This unique path following the river for most its length, you will start in Bishops Park the head out to leafy Kew and Richmond and through to Teddington.
Passing the Royal palace of Hampton Court, beneath Windsor Castle and on through beautiful countryside to Henley.
Most challengers will walk it, some will jog parts, and others will run the whole course over a day. Or you can now take on this challenge over 2 days completing 50km on the Saturday and the remaining 50km on the Sunday!

Please note, Arthritis Research UK are a listed charity when applying.

top training, nutritional and health advice to make sure you’re ready for the big day

support from the Arthritis Research UK events team before, during and after your challenge
access to our Action Challenge Facebook group where you can share training tips and fundraising advice with your team mates before the big day
What else do I need to know?
be 16 years old to take part in this event
select your pace type when registering, either walker, jogger or runner
finish within 20-33hrs if you’re a walker
finish within 15-20hrs if you’re a jogger
finish within 9-14hrs if you’re a runner
pay your registration fee (£70) directly to Action Challenge and select Arthritis Research UK as your chosen charity
commit to raising a minimum sponsorship target of £395 have 50% of your fundraising target in 6 weeks prior to the event date (28 July 2017)
find overnight accommodation (at additional cost) if you choose to take on the 100km over 2 days
complete this 100km challenge over 2days (you must finish within 10-16hrs daily for walkers, 7-10hrs daily for joggers and 4-8hrs daily for runners)
