Thames Path Challenge

Thames Path Challenge logoThe Thames Path Trail is unique - beautiful scenery that's steeped in history and a superb backdrop for a 'festival' of challenges! Participants can take on the full 100km, the first or second 50km, or one of the 22km-28km sections in aid of Arthritis Research UK.

Most challengers will walk it, some will jog parts, and others will run the whole course.

Non-stop or over 2 days – this 100km route covers beautiful countryside and passes some iconic buildings as you make your way from Putney to Henley.

You have a choice of taking on the first 50km of the route or the second 50km towards Henley on this river route weekender.
