Cycling through banana plantations, taking in stunning Caribbean coast scenery passing smoking volcanoes and climb through primary rainforest is what you can look forward to on this trip.
This amazing challenge gets you to tackle 450 hot, humid kilometres – extremely testing, hard work but a fantastic memorable achievement. You will cycle part of the Pan American Highway taking in amazing flora and fauna whilst soaking up local cultures.
On the way to your start point you will have a chance to see the Panama Canal before you reach your hotel for the night at the foot of Volcan Baru. From there you will begin your cycle towards Costa Rica on to Nicaragua where you will finish in beautiful Grenada.
