Tips on buying the correct bedding

A good pillow to support my head and neck (Dunlopillo Serenity works for me) and a pillow or maternity pillow between my knees and to rest my arm on!
Sally Milnes

I've purchased the most super down comforter after much research from a company online called Davey Down. I couldn't find one in any shop the same quality, softness and value – £102 for a double bed size.

This topper has a top layer of superb soft goose down (softest support) supported by a completely separate layer of duck feather which is finer than goose. The bottom layer is for support so feather is best here. I have also just changed my very firm 'Ortho' mattress for a medium, soft cushioned top mattress from Silentnight, (Miracoil 5 medium). This is available from Bensons for Beds who were more than accommodating in helping me find the right mattress for my needs.

It's pure heaven to wake up without the stiffness I always used to get as a sufferer of rheumatoid arthritis. I'd recommend these changes to anyone who suffers from arthritis for a comfortable night's rest.
