Rosehip extract

I've been taking rosehip extract for about a year now and the results have been amazing! I was able to walk and wear heels again without pain. I recommended it to my stepfather, who suffers from osteoarthritis in his hands and after three weeks he noticed a reduction in the stiffness and pain.

I bought the tablets from Boots, they often have a three-for-two offer, and have recommended rosehip to other people with positive results.

One friend suffered from a skin disorder which gave her great pain in her hands – she tried the rosehip and is now able to go back to gardening.

Rosehip has got me moving

About three months ago I read an article in the Daily Express written by a man who was virtually immobile with arthritis in his knees. He'd started taking capsules called ‘GOPO’, a Swedish development apparently, now available over the counter at any pharmacy. Their base is rosehip and they are not cheap at £17.99 for 120 capsules – about a month’s supply.

I was in a similar condition to the author of the article, so I decided to give them a try. Don't expect a miracle. They won't cure arthritis but they do take the pain away. After a month I could get around reasonably with sticks. After two months I could walk a few hundred yards unaided and stand still for quite a long time at my work bench.

I'll never be a marathon runner but this stuff has certainly got me moving. I'm now on my third month.
