Research and new developments into sleep and arthritis

Research is currently trying to find out whether CBT is an effective treatment for sleep problems associated with rheumatoid arthritis.

Arthritis Research UK is also funding a study to understand how sleep, physical activity and mood are linked, and how these factors might be altered in order to improve the quality of life for people with rheumatoid arthritis.
