Physical rehabilitation for long-term pain

Long-term pain affects the way in which you move your body, which can greatly affect your ability to carry out daily activities. Certain movements may be so painful that you avoid doing them altogether. But it’s important to remain as active as possible as lack of use can lead to loss of joint mobility, muscle strength, co-ordination, balance and function. The following therapies may be useful to help you keep moving and reduce your pain:
