What Arthritis Research UK does

Arthritis Research UK is the charity leading the fight against arthritis.

We’re working to take the pain away for sufferers of all forms of arthritis and helping people to remain active. We’ll do this by funding high class research, providing information and campaigning. Everything we do is underpinned by research.

Our core remits are funding world-class research and providing a comprehensive range of information for patients, the public and health professionals and we are commited to raising the profile of arthritis and making a real difference to people's lives.

Arthritis is a huge problem, affecting more than 10 million people in the UK, and we believe the time is right for us to raise its profile, both among the general public and government. We plan to do this by actively campaigning on behalf of people with arthritis, and we want to hear from you about the most important issues you want us to address.
