How we're managed

Arthritis Research UK is governed by a Board of Trustees who, for the purposes of the Companies Act 1985, act as Directors of the Charity. The Board of Trustees meets four times a year.

The Board is advised by specialist committees comprising some of the world’s most highly respected clinicians and scientists who are responsible for setting the medical direction and governance of our work. Our committee structure is shown below.
